Attractively large selection:
Shopping fun Kassel!

Hip fashion trends, stylish accessories or regional products with a very special charm: you are guaranteed not to get bored shopping in Kassel! Start with an extended stroll through the city: on Kassel’s main shopping street, Königsstrasse, you will find many specialist stores with a huge selection of branded products. “Style first” is the motto on Treppenstrasse, Germany’s first pedestrian zone, and it is also worth taking a detour into the Wilhelmsstrasse district. The many small concept stores in the city and in the districts of Kassel, for example in Vordere Westen or Nordstadt, present themselves in unconventional and creative ways. Here, you will find original and sustainable products made in the region, streetwear and unique pieces with character, accessories, art and much more.

Soki: eco-fashion made in Kassel

“Don’t worry, wear happy!”: the Kassel-based eco-fashion label soki has been producing sustainable streetwear collections under this slogan since 2015. The clothes are made with lots of love and passion, using natural organic cotton. Another big hit produced by the label is multi-coloured boxer shorts made from Grandma’s (or Grandpa’s) old bed linen. Kira Kimm, suki’s proprietor and a trained tailor, thinks that it is far too good for the clothes bank. As well as its own collections, soki’s green concept store also sells fair fashion and green lifestyle products produced by other labels – either in the cosy soki shop on Friedrich-Ebert-Strasse or in the online shop!
